Axial fans are designed to remove smoke and bring in clean air. Metalpress Smart Solutions produces a large variety of axial fans, ranging from 250 mm to 1600 mm in diameter, and with outputs of up to 60,000 cubic meters per hour . Each fan uses an adjustable cast-aluminum aerodynamic wing, for optimum efficiency.

These fans require less power compared with suction duct systems, and therefore consume less energy and are associated with lower operational costs.

Smoke-removal fans — Fan housings are available either with or without silencers, made of galvanized tin or painted with anti-corrosive paint. The fans are designed to withstand temperatures up to 250 °C.
